When you use AAH, you will benefit from the knowledge and experience of two senior engineers with over 45 years combined experience in the IT Industry. Our Two Senior technicians Ian Durrant and Anthony Hegedus are knowedgeable, approachable and can explain things in a non technical way. Ian Durrant is not only a Chartered IT Professional but also has a BTEC in radio frequency engineering meaning that AAH are the only local company that understand wireless networks in depth. Anthony Hegedus has a BA in Computer Studies and an up to the minute knowledge of computer related gadgets like Blackberry phones, IPods and Sat Nav. Above all we are not amatuers like many others working in the home and small business fields, we are ethical and qualified professionals.

AAH have invested in an advanced Remote Support system that means (with your permission) we can remotely control your PC and fix minor niggles, meaning that our after sales service is second to none.

When we remove viruses from your PC using our advanced on bench removal service, we also security harden the machine to help prevent reinfection. We supply computers and computer hardware and in the event of a warranty problem we come out to look at it and repair or replace as necessary - proper personal service you rarely see nowadays. Additionally we will only sell you what you need not what we can get away with! You don’t need an £800 computer if you only do word and internet and we wouldn’t try to sell you one! We won’t sell you a cheap pc that you will never be happy with either, in short - we won’t waste your money.

Finally we have a full workshop with proper bench facilities (5 computers can be on the bench at once) so if we need to do extensive fault finding, or other time consuming work we can do it at very competitive rates.
